I really love this place, the moment I arrives in the hotel I was greeted with the bellboy guy and assisted with the luggage. The reception staff were super helpful. They let me checked in at 1pm and most amazingly give me a free room upgrade. Can’t be more happier with the room. Super spacious, very clean and well equipped. My favorite part is the bathroom, very luxurious and intimate feelings. Very happy to book my 3 nights in Bangkok at this place.

The staff is super friendly and really helpful. It has a rooftop restaurant/bar that is really nice but not so crowded, maybe better in the weekend. It's not this great view over Bangkok but still nice if you want a quiet dinner outside.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in so far. The environment is comfortable and the service 、the food is great. The design here is unique and pleasing ，The hotel is right in the city center, easy to find ，I will choose to stay here next time.

How lucky! me and my partner reserved the studio suite king room but the staff offer the upgraded room to be the Signature jacuzzi. The room was not that large but the standard size with simple, clean and well decorated with the comfortable king bed that impressed me with this place. The hot and cold water was very effective. The shower gel and shampoo was not that good smell as expected, it’s not like Erb brands smell I guess. Overall, staying here is worth for the price and we have an impressive experience here 🤍🤍 ———————- The downsides I’d recommend to improve are that, - there aren’t some facilities like gym or all day dining restaurants, cafe (but you can walk around to take a street food or cafe. But I suggest to have room service or coffee that can be ordered and served to the room for more convenient. - A little bit that can be improved is the noise in the morning, first day we woke up by the sound from hotel neighbors and another day the sound from hotel maids and the next room is louder some times. - And another con is that the way to take a reservation with the hotel admin via Facebook messenger or Line was not that easy, it took a long time for response from the chat but we wait because the price is a little bit cheaper than another way.
